Resort Staff, Reps & Group Leaders Guide - Welcome

This section is for the use of tour operator staff, or Group Leaders, so that we can explain more about travel insurance and in particular, MPI's policies and methods of working. Your job often involves helping individuals deal with questions about insurance... and we want to help you give clear, accurate and helpful information. To that end, we've compiled a number of articles in this section that we hope will help you answer questions and where appropriate, provide advice. Some aspects of the content here will provide a general overview of insurance (there's even a section about your own insurance), and the other aspects will specifically help you in assisting your customers or Groups.

Most importantly, we would advise you first... if you can't answer a question, then be honest and simply tell them you can't! Say you'll find an answer (and then make sure you try to), but don't try and guess what seems the most sensible answer. If you don't check, you can create all sorts of problems for your customer, your tour operator... and yourself!
