Q. Please could you send me a claim form

A. You can download a travel Insurance claim form from our website in the drop down menu under "Claims".


Q. My customer has arrived in resort without travel insurance

A. Please download and print a 'No Incident Declaration' and ask your customer sign it.
Fax this to MPI Brokers on +44 (0)1428 645 209.
Then ask your customer to phone us to buy their Travel Insurance on +44 (0)1428 664 265.


Q. A customer has asked whether the travel insurance covers heli-skiing

A. Provided it was not pre-booked before departing from the UK and it is a spur of the moment decision, it is covered.
