Please call this number if you have MPI Insurance and:-

1. you are admitted to hospital as an in-patient
2. you are to be repatriated
3. your medical costs are likely to exceed £500 or the equivalent in local currency

Please have available the code on your insurance policy which commences MPOP followed by four digits. MPI have many different contracts and this will identify which contract you are insured.

The Assistance Company will then take over your case and liasie with all concerned.

Please do not to use this service for 'run of the mill' referrals as lines need to be kept open for emergency calls.
