You buy insurance for the quick settlement of a valid claim

At MPI we consider this to be the sharp end of any Insurance Policy and the statement above runs through our veins. It is for this reason under our Travel and Wintersports Insurance Plans we have instructed Claims Settlement Agency (CSA) to handle claims on our behalf. We have procedures in place where lines of communication are open between CSA, MPI and Underwriters in order to quickly handle any contentious or tricky claims and where appropriate we will also refer to you our client.

In addition we have similar arrangements with the Emergency Medical Assistance Company Speciality Group for the immediate handling and co-ordination of serious medical cases and which may involve specialist repatriation.

As a result of this approach our exposure to complaints is minimal.
